Do you offer samples?
We try to provide a very accurate description and clear photos of all of our merchandise, but we understand that you may want to see the item before purchasing for your event. We do not send out free samples, but many of our items can be ordered individually. A few do require a minimum order quantity. You are welcome to purchase the minimum quantity of any item as a sample.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
Only items shipped to destinations in Illinois will be charged sales tax. The sales tax rate is 6.75%.
What shipping methods do you use?
We typically ship via UPS ground or USPS, and unless otherwise indicated, products should arrive within 14 days. When checking out, please indicate if your order is needed within a shorter time frame, and we will be happy to accommodate for no additional charge if at all possible. If upgraded shipping is needed to ensure that your products arrive by a specified deadline, we will e-mail for your approval before upgrading.
